Louis Sr. and Nick Schede have been my preferred plumbers for over 15 years, since they completed my first plumbing job. So, this testimonial is long overdue. This morning, I woke up to a basement flooded with two+ inches of water due to a leaking water tank. I called the Schede office while it was still dark and I received a prompt call back. Not long after speaking, a delivery truck arrived with a new water tank, and Nick and Clark were at my door shortly thereafter. Therefore, today I want to share with you that I've consistently found them to be prompt, highly competent, and thoroughly professional. Their dedication to customer service is exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure every job meets the highest standards, especially in emergency situations like today. We used Schede for our gas conversion. Service was spectacular and pricing was competitive. Nick did a great job making sure we were well informed each step of the way. He was quick to respond and answered all our questions. His team was fantastic and made the transition seamless. When the Eversource inspector came to house to approve the work, he said was impressed by the level of quality. Would highly recommend using Schede!
